Fiber demand in New York City
New York City is the densest fiber market in the country. Providers are overbuilding brownstone blocks in Brooklyn, walk-ups in Queens and the Bronx, and multi-dwelling units across Manhattan while Long Island and Westchester suburbs get fresh fiber-to-the-home drops. Independent installers who can work MDU risers, aerial and underground drops, and tight service windows keep a full route without leaving the metro.
